Join us as we celebrate National Root Beer Float Day and raise funds for The Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital. This day is special for Marriott because the founders' first business in 1927 was a 9-seat A&W Root Beer stand in Washington D.C.

To honor this history, Aloft Portland Maine is hosting a Root Beer Float Social to #ChangeKidsHealth. All costs for this event have been covered by the hotel, ensuring that 100% of proceeds will benefit our friends at The Barbara Bush Children's Hospital!

Root Beer Floats will be available on a donation basis. While we suggest a $5 donation, please contribute what you can – every dollar makes a difference!
